As part of our continued process of evaluating new software at eintel we have come across a very handy little tool for customers and ourselves.
Its by Bonitasoft and is process management software that allows you to represent processes within your business graphically on screen and then at eintel we take this, link it up with all your business systems so that the rules are followed.
One of the best things about this application is that its free!! That's right folks, this one you can download and use without paying a cent.
One use of this tool will be to get customers to draw up their sales process and then we will match each of the steps to the components in their CRM application making sure that what is defined in their business process is followed in their business systems. We will not expect customers to make the links into the software, but that detail is well hidden enough that the user interface can be used to get them working and thinking about how their business operates.
